New Year but not a new ME…

Only last week I learned the extent some people will go to, to twist your words around. In desperation to start the New Year eradicating all the bad, I enlisted the help of a techy friend and it is handy having an honours degree in computing along with a curious mind. In the space of ten minutes we found multiple accounts set up by one person. It wasn’t hard even without the technology the authorities have. Those accounts have now been blocked but more will turn up, we know they will. There is nothing more I can do because I now have evidence to show that whatever I write my words are twisted. What I don’t understand is why they read my stuff. It would be like me reading all the articles by Nigel Farage! It would NEVER happen EVER, trust me. Quite aptly this article appeared on the Sky News website and I can SOO relate to it. http://news.sky.com/story/1400239/paltrow-hits-out-at-women-who-twist-words . If you're not angry and ashamed ... you are part of the problem

BUT this current shower of Tories take conscious callousness to a whole new level with an opposition that is too weak to take them on! On the day (Friday) they issue a mandatory online learning option to schools, the Department of Education send an email reducing each schools free laptop allocations. One of our local schools needed 160+, they were allocated 63 initially then told Friday night - the start of half term - this would be reduced to just 13!! How on earth can teachers allocate these fairly? This is putting more pressure on teaching staff who are doing an amazing job. They are being forced to work even in Tier 3 restrictions! I live with pain every day. Some days it’s a dull ache other days it feels like my ears are going to explode. The buzzing drives me to distraction especially when trying to listen to people in crowded places. BUT the worst part of this unpredictable illness is the frustration of not being able to do the things you want or need to do. Monday started off with me writing over 10,000 words in one day. I was so pleased with myself. I had a plan for the week after spending the weekend nursing Lucas through yet another stomach bug caught at school. The amount of letters I get home from school telling me I’ not allowed to send my child to school until at least 48 hours after any sickness yet someone must be sending their child in because my cops for it every time! Anyway I should know by now that planning a week is futile. Monday night I started to feel ill and by Tuesday morning the floors were moving.
